The following changes have been made since the previous release (v2.01):

Garry's new website details put onto the help menus.

* EP-Fetch2:
	+ Reads files from corrupted EPROM - Now able to rescue data from 
	corrupted cards with incorrect header details.

v2.01 (from v2.00)

* EP-Fetch2:
	+ EPROMs can be read in any slot 1-3. 
	+ If there is valid EPROM in slot 3 it's automatically selected,
	  otherwise slot selection menu is displayed.
	+ *Re-scan EPROM* (SHIFT - ENTER)
	  allows slot selection to be repeated at any time without 
	  leaving the application. If the selected card is corrupted you
	  are asked for confirmation. Sometimes EP-Fetch may think there's
	  a corrupted card in empty slot and you may even see some phantom 
	  files.
	+ Reads files from corrupted EPROM - If you have an EPROM that 
	  cannot be read, then this version will try to recover those files
	  again.

v2.00 (from v1.25):

* EP-Fetch2:
	+ prints out filenames in 1-3 columns	
	+ saves the filenames to a file
	+ lists by wildcard and the choice of showing deleted files.
	+ fetching a file in a directory will create the directory
	+ delay reduced in loading and scrolling filenames
	+ displays amount of free space in RAM
	+ Help provided for Serial and Printer settings

	+ Now automatically regenerates the application key list after
	  every command (no need to do change a card or do a reset)
	+ Extra "Kill Package" command to allow individual packages to be
	  deregistered
